Choosing a wedding photographer isn’t only about style–it’s also about experience, communication, and what you actually receive after the wedding day.

Here’s a simple breakdown of what’s included in my wedding photography services, how I work, and what you can expect from inquiry to final delivery.

What’s Included in My Wedding Photography Services

1) A guided, personalized experience

Every couple is different. Before your wedding, we’ll talk through what matters most to you—your priorities, your comfort level in front of the camera, and the overall flow of the day.

My goal is for you to feel prepared and supported, not overwhelmed.

2) Planning support that keeps things calm

Photography affects your timeline more than most couples realize. I help you think through:

  • the best time for portraits (based on light + schedule)
  • where portraits will feel most natural
  • how to build in buffer time so the day stays relaxed

This creates a smoother day—and better images.

3) Natural direction (so you never feel awkward)

You don’t have to be “good at photos” to look amazing in them.

I’ll guide you with simple prompts and gentle direction so you feel comfortable, your connection shows naturally, and your images don’t feel stiff or overly posed.

4) A curated online gallery + digital downloads

After your wedding, your images are carefully selected and edited for true-to-life color and timeless style. You’ll receive:

  • a private online gallery
  • high-resolution digital downloads
  • images edited with consistency and intention

(Your final image count depends on coverage and the pace of the day, but my philosophy is quality over quantity.)

5) Heirloom albums and fine-art prints (optional, highly recommended)

Your images deserve more than living on a phone.

If you’d like to preserve your story in a tangible way, I offer:

  • fine-art prints
  • wall art options
  • heirloom wedding albums

These are designed to last for generations and make it easy to relive your day.

6) Second photographer options (when it makes sense)

Depending on your wedding day needs—guest count, timeline, multiple locations, and coverage goals—a second photographer may be recommended.

I’ll advise you honestly on whether it’s necessary.

A note about locations and travel

I’m based in Columbia, Missouri and I work with couples throughout Missouri and beyond. If your venue is new to me, we’ll plan intentionally so portrait locations, lighting, and timing feel smooth.
